Post It Note Hack
Here is a unique idea for those who get overwhelmed with a long to do list! It is similar to ‘picking a task a day’.

First, you write your to do list. Then, you pick one task and write it on a post it note. This represents your current task. Put the post it note somewhere where you can visually see it while you are working on your task. For example, above your computer.

When you feel those squirrely moments, look at the post it as a gentle reminder of what you should be doing.

When the task is complete, boom! In the trash (or recycling) it goes AND you get to cross that task off your list. It is a double whammy for those who need the paper/pen/tactical-ness of your to-do list.

I’m going to try it this week! Who’s with me?
